Event Signage and Collateral - RSM

I have designed collateral for events held by RSM branches across the US. Many of these are award ceremonies or end-of-year celebrations for students and their families. Creating these materials involves capturing the spirit of achievement, celebration, and academic excellence. First, I begin by gaining an understanding of the event itself; if there is a theme or any aspect of the event to highlight. Once I have gathered all the key information, I brainstorm concepts that reflect the significance of academic achievement and celebrate the students' accomplishments. Then, I develop all creative materials needed for the event, while ensuring the branding and messaging across all materials is consistent while tailoring each piece to its specific purpose and audience. These materials range across printed (posters, A-frame signage, flyers, postcards) to digital (Facebook and Instagram posts, Facebook cover photos and event headers, and email headers). Across all channels, I prioritize paying attention to layout and composition to ensure that all materials are cohesive, easy to read, and effectively communicate important information.
The theme of this awards ceremony at the Bellevue, WA branch was "rising stars". My goal was to incorporate that into this A-frame sign, poster, and banner in a fun and exciting way while staying true to the brand.
This poster, flyer and e-mail header are for an awards ceremony at the Stamford, CT branch. Through the use of icons and brand colors, I wanted to set a celebratory tone for this event. The green bar draws the viewer in and immediately calls attention to the event's details.
This flyer is for an end-of-year celebration hosted by the Plano, TX branch. As it is a save-the-date flyer, I wanted to draw extra attention to the date with the event details right below it. By designing this with a lighthearted and fun theme, my goal was for it to align with the overall aesthetic of the event.
This flyer and postcard are an invite to the grand opening of the new branch in Arlington, MA. My goal was for the visuals to convey the excitement and anticipation of the event, highlight that the event was open for all to attend, and to bring attention to the date, time and location.
The Bellevue, WA branch hosted a Lunar New Year event. I designed this poster, social media graphic, Facebook event header, and email header to generate interest and awareness of the event in the weeks leading up to it. I used the color red to resonate with the Lunar New Year theme and to make the imagery stand out. I selected a dragon icon to pop against the red background. As red is not one of the brand colors, it was important to use elements of the company's branding to maintain consistency. To accomplish this, I incorporated the color palette in the icons seen throughout the imagery and in the poster.
I created this visual to generate interest and inform the community about an upcoming science course taking place at the Brookline, MA branch. The goal was to ensure that the signage effectively communicated the key information, captured attention, and aligned with the overall theme of the course. I created this visual keeping the brand front and center through use of the company's color palette and font. The icons draw the eye in while conveying the main themes of the course; the properties of color and light, while the green bar at the bottom highlights the contact information.
